Delegates Hornbuckle and Walker moves to amend Com Sub for SB10 on page 37, Section 5b, line 57, following the words “study areas” by striking out the period, inserting a colon, and the following proviso:

 “Provided, That state institutions of higher education may establish residence halls where deadly weapons are prohibited to allow students that do not what to reside in residences where deadly weapon residences are authorized may reside.”
