SENATE RESOLUTION NO. 326
	In Memory
	of
	Michelle Elise Dejoie-Manning
	WHEREAS, The Senate of the State of Texas honors and
	commemorates the life of Michelle Elise Dejoie-Manning, who died
	February 25, 2015, at the age of 60; and
	WHEREAS, Michelle Elise Dejoie-Manning was an exemplary
	citizen who was admired in her community for her many
	achievements; and
	WHEREAS, She was active in a number of civic, professional,
	and philanthropic organizations; and
	WHEREAS, A woman of courage, strength, and compassion, she
	gave generously to others, and her wisdom, warmth, and valued
	counsel will not be forgotten by those who were privileged to
	share in her life; and
	WHEREAS, She was devoted to her daughter, Ashleigh, and her
	large and loving extended family, and she leaves behind memories
	that will be treasured forever by her family and many friends;
	now, therefore, be it
	RESOLVED, That the Senate of the State of Texas, 84th
	Legislature, hereby extend sincere condolences to the bereaved
	family of Michelle Elise Dejoie-Manning; and, be it further
	RESOLVED, That a copy of this Resolution be prepared for
	her family as an expression of deepest sympathy from the Texas
	Senate and that when the Senate adjourns this day, it do so in
	memory of Michelle Elise Dejoie-Manning.
