        AN  ACT  to  amend  the penal law, in relation to certain large capacity
          ammunition feeding devices
          The People of the State of New York, represented in Senate and  Assem-
        bly, do enact as follows:
     1    Section 1. Subdivision a of section 265.20 of the penal law is amended
     2  by adding a new paragraph 11-a to read as follows:
     3    11-a.  Possession  of a large capacity ammunition feeding device manu-
     4  factured before September thirteenth, nineteen ninety-four.
     5    § 2. This act shall take effect immediately and  shall  be  deemed  to
     6  have been in full force and effect on and after January 15, 2014.
