AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 26




2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 26, AS AMENDED, 
3with reference to page and line numbers of Senate Amendment No. 
41 as follows:


5on page 9, line 26, by replacing "2014 2015" with "2015"; and 

6on page 12, line 26, by replacing "in each State" with "in each 
7State"; and

8on page 13, by replacing lines 1 through 2 with "fiscal year 
9during which an assessment is imposed pursuant to Section 5A-2, 
10to the following designated funds:"; and 

11on page 17, by replacing lines 8 through 13 with "adoption of 
12administrative rules. For State fiscal year 2013, payments 
13under this Section shall be increased by 21/365ths. The funding 
14source for these additional payments shall be from the

1increased assessment under subsection (b-5) of Section 5A-2 
2that was received from hospital providers under Section 5A-4 
3for the portion of State fiscal year 2012 beginning June 10,
