| 1 |  |   (4) 2 members of the Senate, appointed by the Minority  |

| 4 |  |  retail marketers, appointed by the Governor;

| 5 |  |   (6) one representative of an entity representing  | 
| 6 |  |  manufacturers, appointed by the Governor;
 | 
| 7 |  |   (7) one representative of an entity representing  | 
| 8 |  |  mayors, appointed by the Governor;
 | 
| 9 |  |   (8) one representative of the American Federation of  | 
| 10 |  |  Labor and Congress of Industrial Organizations, appointed  | 
| 11 |  |  by the Governor;
 | 
| 12 |  |   (9) one representative of a labor union representing  | 
| 13 |  |  warehouse workers, appointed by the Governor; and
 | 
| 14 |  |   (10) the Director of Labor or his or her designee, who  | 
| 15 |  |  shall serve as the ex officio chair.
 | 
| 16 |  |  (b) The members of the Task Force shall serve without  | 
| 17 |  | compensation.
 | 
| 18 |  |  (c) The Department of Labor shall provide administrative  | 
| 19 |  | support to the Task Force.
 | 
| 20 |  |  Section 10. Reports. The Task Force must provide quarterly  | 
| 21 |  | updates of its findings, discussions, and decisions to the  | 
| 22 |  | Governor and the General Assembly. The Task Force shall submit  | 
| 23 |  | a final report of its recommendations to the Governor and the  | 
| 24 |  | General Assembly no later than January 1, 2025.
