2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 54 on page 3, line

3 22, by deleting "stalking,"; and

4 on page 3, by inserting immediately below line 24 the

5 following:

6 "(viii-5) He or she has not been convicted of

7 misdemeanor stalking or a similar misdemeanor offense

8 in another jurisdiction;"; and

9 on page 11, line 13, by deleting "stalking,"; and

10 on page 11, by inserting immediately below line 15 the

11 following:

12 "(k-5) A person who has been convicted of misdemeanor

13 stalking or a similar misdemeanor offense in another

14 jurisdiction;".
