    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)

    3         Delete lines 1072 - 1073
    4  and insert:
    5         (6) This section does not prohibit the production of
    6  cultivated meat for scientific or academic research.
    7         (7) The department may adopt rules to implement this
    8  section.
    9         (8) This section expires July 1, 2029.
