AN ACT CONCERNING THE ASSESSMENT AND DELIVERY OF MENTAL HEALTH SERVICES AND INTERVENTIONS FOR CHILDREN.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That chapter 169 of the general statutes be amended to require that local and regional boards of education and health care providers assess every child for social, emotional, behavioral and mental health to ensure the delivery of necessary services and interventions.
Statement of Purpose:
To enhance the provision of social, emotional, behavioral and mental health services.
