AN ACT PROHIBITING LOCAL REGULATION OF FIREARMS.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That chapter 98 of the general statutes be amended to prohibit a municipality from adopting an ordinance to regulate firearms.

Statement of Purpose:

To prevent gun control by municipalities.
