AN ACT DELAYING THE IMPLEMENTATION OF CERTAIN PHOSPHOROUS REDUCTION GRANT CRITERIA FOR A PERIOD OF FIVE YEARS.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That subsection (c) of section 22a-478 of the general statutes be amended to delay the implementation of certain phosphorus reduction grant criteria for a period of five years.

Statement of Purpose:

To delay phosphorous reduction grant criteria applicable to municipalities for a period of five years.
