AN ACT CONCERNING DISPUTES BETWEEN HOSPITALS AND INSURERS.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That the general statutes be amended to required disputes between hospitals and insurers be resolved by binding arbitration.

Statement of Purpose:

To protect patients.
