AN ACT CONCERNING ACCESS TO THE STATE-WIDE DATABASE BY PAROLE OFFICERS.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That titles 29 and 53 of the general statutes be amended to grant parole officers access to the state-wide firearms database.

Statement of Purpose:

To grant parole officers access to the state-wide firearms database.
