AN ACT CONCERNING DEER MANAGEMENT PROGRAMS ON PRIVATE PROPERTY.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That the general statutes be amended to allow deer management programs on private property by private landowners.

Statement of Purpose:

To authorize deer management programs on private property.
