Existing law describes the California Interscholastic Federation as a voluntary organization that consists of school and school-related personnel with responsibility for administering interscholastic athletic activities in secondary schools, and sets forth the Legislature’s intent regarding the California Interscholastic Federation’s implementation of certain policies.
This bill would require the California Interscholastic Federation, Federation and its sections, whenever it imposes a sanction
is imposed on a member school or on an interscholastic team of a member school, to post on its respective internet website the name of the member school, the interscholastic team that has been sanctioned, if any, the violation that has occasioned the sanction, and a description of the sanction being imposed.
