Title: As enacted, removes the five-year time frame requirement from the exemption to the handgun safety course requirement for applicants who successfully completed all handgun training of not less than four hours as required by any branch of the military within five years from the date the application for a handgun carry permit is filed. - Amends TCA Title 39, Chapter 17, Part 13.
