Title: AN ACT to amend Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 39, relative to the carrying of weapons.

Subject: Firearms and Ammunition

Description: As introduced, deletes the criminal offense prohibiting a person from carrying a firearm or club with the intent to go armed and defenses and exceptions to that offense; makes various other changes with regard to possession of a firearm. - Amends TCA Title 39.
