Title: AN ACT to amend Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 66, relative to leases.

Subject: Landlord and Tenant

Description: As introduced, prohibits a landlord from prohibiting a tenant from lawfully possessing, carrying, transporting, or storing a firearm, firearm components, or ammunition on leased premises or in a vehicle located on leased premises; creates a cause of action for a tenant who is adversely affected by a landlord's violation of such prohibition. - Amends TCA Title 66.
