Description: An Act amending Title 18 (Crimes and Offenses) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, in authorized disposition of offenders, further providing for fines; in obstructing governmental operations, further providing for the offense of weapons or implements for escape and for the offense of contraband; and, in firearms and other dangerous articles, further providing for persons not to possess, use, manufacture, control, sell or transfer firearms.
