Title: In firearms and other dangerous articles, further providing for persons not to possess, use, manufacture, control, sell or transfer firearms, for restoration of firearm rights for offenses under prior laws of this Commonwealth, for licenses, for sale or transfer of firearms and for Pennsylvania State Police; and, in protection from abuse, further providing for relief and for registry or database of firearm ownership and providing for Domestic Violence Firearm Purchase Notification System.
Description: An Act amending Titles 18 (Crimes and Offenses) and 23 (Domestic Relations) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, in firearms and other dangerous articles, further providing for persons not to possess, use, manufacture, control, sell or transfer firearms, for restoration of firearm rights for offenses under prior laws of this Commonwealth, for licenses, for sale or transfer of firearms and for Pennsylvania State Police; and, in protection from abuse, further providing for relief and for registry or database of firearm ownership and providing for Domestic Violence Firearm Purchase Notification System.
