Description: An Act To Amend Section 45-9-51, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Prohibit State Agencies From Restricting The Possession Of Firearms; To Amend Section 45-9-53, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Prohibit Cities And Counties From Using A Notice Or Ban To Restrict A Licensed Concealed Firearm Holder From Entering Certain Locations; To Authorize The Attorney General To Prosecute Violations Of This Provision Using State Corruption Provisions; To Amend Section 45-9-101, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Conform To The Preceding Section; To Amend Section 7-5-59, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Add To The List Of Corruption Crimes Violations Of Section 45-9-53; To Amend Section 97-37-7, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Authorize Investigative And Regulatory Employees Of The Secretary Of State's Office To Carry Weapons; And For Related Purposes.
