Description: Prohibiting the manufacture, sale, offer of sale, or commercial transfer of an imitation firearm; establishing civil penalties; authorizing the Attorney General to file a civil action to enjoin a violation of the Act; and authorizing a circuit court to enjoin a violation of the Act.
