Description: Prohibiting a person from manufacturing, assembling, possessing, selling, offering to sell, transferring, purchasing, or receiving a certain firearm or unfinished frame or receiver not imprinted with a serial number by a federally licensed firearms manufacturer or federally licensed firearms importer; establishing penalties for a violation of the Act of imprisonment for up to 2 years or a fine not to exceed $5,000 or both; etc.
