Description: Requiring a certain licensed firearms dealer to keep certain electronic records; requiring a licensed dealer to update certain records 1 day after the acquisition of a firearm and 7 days after the sale or disposition of a firearm; requiring a licensed dealer to create a certain video and audio recording and to keep the recording for a certain period of time; requiring a licensed dealer to provide a certain video and audio recording to certain persons under certain circumstances; etc.
