Legislation Overview
Title: AN ACT relating to concealed weapons.
Description: Create a new section of KRS 403.715 to 403.785 to allow a person protected by an emergency protective order or a domestic violence order to carry, if authorized by the issuing court, a concealed deadly weapon for a period of up to 90 days after the sheriff has performed a criminal background check and fingerprinted and photographed the person.
