Description: Amend KRS 237.105, relating to state and local enforcement of federal bans on firearms on or after January 1, 2021, to change the definition of "federal ban" to mean a federal law, executive order, rule or regulation that is enacted, adopted, or becomes effective on or after December 15, 1791.
