Title: AN ACT relating to firearms and firearms accessories and declaring an emergency.
Description: Create a new section of KRS Chapter 237 to prohibit the sale or transfer of bump stock devices, trigger cranks and other items designed to accelerate the rate of fire without turning a firearm into a fully automatic firearm; create penalties; provide for the destruction of the items after a conviction and any appeals. EMERGENCY.
