Title: CONCEALED CARRY-RECORDS
Description: Amends the Firearm Concealed Carry Act. Provides that the application for a concealed carry license shall contain an authorization and release that provides for disclosure to the Department of State Police the applicant's juvenile court, criminal justice, psychological, or psychiatric records or records relating to any institutionalization of the applicant (rather than an authorization and release that provides for disclosure to the Department the applicant's juvenile court, criminal justice, psychological, or psychiatric records or records relating to any institutionalization of the applicant). Provides that the information provided by the authorization and release is limited to the sole purpose of determining whether the applicant is disqualified from obtaining a concealed carry license. Effective immediately.
