Legislation Overview
Title: CONCEALED CARRY-CIVIL IMMUNITY
Description: Amends the Firearm Concealed Carry Act. Adds certified firearms instructors to the civil immunity provision that removes liability for damages in a civil action from alleged wrongful or improper granting, denying, renewing, removing, suspending, or failing to grant, deny, renew, remove, or suspend a concealed carry license, except for willful or wanton misconduct. Effective immediately.
