Legislation Overview
Title: FOID REPORTING-AGENCY DETERMIN
Description: Amends the Firearm Owners Identification Card Act. Provides that a person who holds a Firearm Owner's Identification Card under the Act shall report to the Department of State Police within 30 days if a federal agency has determined that the person is unable manage his or her own affairs, estate, or benefits. Provides that the Department of State Police shall report that determination to the Federal Bureau of Investigation and the Department of Human Services.
