Title: FIREARM BUY-NR ACTIVE MILITARY
Description: Amends the Firearm Owners Identification Card Act. Provides that any non-resident who is an active duty member of the United States Armed Forces in possession of valid military identification, and who is not prohibited by the laws of Illinois, the state of his or her domicile, or the United States from obtaining, possessing, or using a firearm, may purchase or obtain a firearm or firearm ammunition in Illinois.
