Description: Prohibits the expenditure of funds under the Urban Area Security Initiative or the State Homeland Security Grant Program (i.e., programs that provide grants to prevent, prepare for, protect against, and respond to acts of terrorism) for the purchase of firearms or firearms accessories, such as ammunition, including for use by teachers.
