Description: To permit the Department of Emergency Services and Public Protection to provide email notice to the holder of a permit to carry a pistol or revolver, an eligibility certificate for a pistol or revolver, an eligibility certificate for a long gun or a security officer license about the expiration of such permit, certificate or license.
