Title: Repeal Red Flag And Amend 72-hour Hold
Description: Concerning measures for persons who pose an extreme risk, and, in connection therewith, repealing the extreme risk protection order law, changing the standard for an involuntary seventy-two-hour mental health hold from imminent danger to extreme risk, and defining the term "extreme risk" as a credible and exigent threat of danger to self or others through actionable threats of violence or death as a result of a current mental health state.
