Description: An act to amend Sections 7574.14 and 7582.2 of the Business and Professions Code, and to amend Sections 16520, 16750, 16850, 25590, and 25605 of, to repeal Sections 626.92, 16505, 16950, 17040, 17295, and 17512 of, to repeal Chapter 6 (commencing with Section 26350) of, and to repeal Chapter 7 (commencing with Section 26400) of, Division 5 of Title 4 of Part 6 of, the Penal Code, relating to firearms.
