About Me

With our 2nd Amendment rights being attacked at both the Federal and State level, and the ATF (Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives) trying to close down FFLs (Federal Firearms Licensees) for minor infractions while making FFLs the scapegoat when the ATF's records are inaccurate, I want to taking this opportunity to introduce myself. I am one of only a handful of attorneys across the US that practices in the niche area of law known as firearms law. I decided to concentrate my legal practice on firearms law not only because I am a shooter and firearms enthusiast, but also to ensure that our inalienable Right to Keep and Bear Arms is never encroached upon.

I handle cases at the Federal and State level for FFLs, individuals, and gun clubs/ranges. At the federal and state levels for individuals, I actively defend the 2nd Amendment of the US Constitution and Section 21 of the PA Constitution, as well as, help individuals with: License to Carry Firearms Denials/Revocations; Self-Defense Situational Shootings; Challenges to Erroneous PICS Denials; Relief from Firearms Disabilities; Expungements and Pardons; Estate Planning Advice; Gun/NFA Trusts; Game Code Violations, and 42 USC 1983 Actions for Deprivation of Civil Rights.

At both the state and federal levels, I represent gun clubs/ranges with: Corporate Structure Advice, including non-profit status acquisition and guidance; Drafting of Specialized Bylaws, specific to being a Sportsmen's Club/Range; Indoor/Outdoor Range Implementation and OSHA Compliance; Range Defense against Nuisance Suits; and Waivers.

At both the state and federal levels, I represent FFLs and SOTs throughout Pennsylvania and the US regarding: ATF Compliance Inspections; Mock Compliance Inspections, Warning Letters and Hearings; FFL Revocations; Corporate Structure Advice, including specialized Operating Agreements and Bylaws; Indoor/Outdoor Range Implementation; ITAR Compliance; Manufacturing/Importing/Exporting Firearms; Intellectual Property, including Copyright, Trademark and Infringement Litigation; and Forfeiture Proceedings

In following my love for firearms and firearms law, I have taught numerous Continuing Legal Education (CLE) seminars on Firearms in Estates and Trusts and Firearms Law 101 for several Bar Associations, including Berks, Cumberland, Dauphin and Montgomery Counties. I also planned and taught several Firearms in Estates CLE classes for the Pennsylvania Bar Institute (PBI) and the NRA.

Tom Beveridge, Esq.
About Me

Tom was born and raised in a small town located in Elk County, PA. This area of Pennsylvania has a long history as an industrial hub for powdered metal manufacturing, as well as other businesses such as the coal and lumber industries. While many of his family members worked in these areas, his family also owned and operated a local gas station where he, too, shared the workload from a young age. Growing up in this blue collar atmosphere gave him a deep respect for the hard work and sacrifices made by men and women to care for and raise their families.

Tom practices in the areas of Corporate and Business law, especially in relation to setting up and representing FFLs, Contract law, Hunting and Firearms law, Equine law and Workers Compensation.

One Of The Best In Pennsylvania

Joshua and Prince Law have been, and continue to be, at the forefront of gun rights in Pennsylvania. They have worked with many groups to help fight anti-gun laws from being passed as well as taking on local governments that have attempted to enforce illegal anti-gun laws.

Best firearms attorney in PA

Joshua has worked tirelessly on cases that have defined case law in PA that is favorable to all gun owners. He is very astute when it comes to defending the rights of the citizenry.

I cannot think of a man better suited to deal with any matters having to do with firearm law.
