HB5602 is a 'domestic terrorism' bill basically aimed at Trump supporters

HB8461 would stop all suppressor exports unless they are being sold to a government

HB8681 is a veiled attempt to make advertising of firearms and ammunition a crime

HB8735 would demilitarize certain federal agencies

HB8822 would dramatically change ATF responsibilities and would eliminate many safeguards for guns owners including the destruction of records of sales

HB8929 would add all sorts of new restrictions to FBI background checks including dealers having to report to the FBI any transfer that was completed before the NICS check comes back

SB4841 would allow ATF to keep firearm transfer records indefinitely

SB4888 would prevent the secretary of veterans affairs from transmitting any information to the department of justice (for inclusion in the NICS system) about a vet that does not handle their own finances

HB30 would add multiple new restrictions on the sale of firearms most importantly the sale of firearms across state lines

HB95 would remove suppressors from the NFA and require ATF to destroy the records of registered suppressors

HB121 would allow ATF to hire an additional 200 agents to 'enforce gun laws'

HB125 would require a 7 day waiting period before the transfer of a semi-auto firearm, a 'silencer', armor piercing ammunition or 'large capacity' magazines ... BTW, do these idiots know it takes almost a year to get a suppressor?

HB127 would require a license to own a firearm and registration of all firearms

HB130 would require all firearms to be locked up in homes where anyone under 18 lives

HB135 would require ATF to submit a report every 6 months to the judiciary committee listing any firearm background checks that couldn't be completed in 3 business days and how many of them were then found to be prohibited persons

HB137 would spend 5 hundred million dollars a year for supposed mental health initiatives that also include reporting mental health information on people that may have issues to NICS

HB167 would prohibit the transfer of firearms at gun shows from or to anyone besides a licensed dealer

HB225 would clarify that ammunition and magazines may be transported from a place where they are legal to another place where they are legal just as firearms are

HB355 would require NICS to alert ICE and state and local law enforcement when an illegal alien attempts to buy a firearm

SB45 would create grants to improve school safety but specifies no money can be used for firearm training

HB194 would require ATF to report all failed background checks to the department of justice and would then require DOJ to submit a report to congress about how many prosecutions came from those failed checks

HB545 would prevent members of congress from carrying guns in the capitol

HB645 would set up grants for schools and specifically states none of the funds may be used for firearm training

HB647 would make it illegal to sell a long gun to an out of state resident

SB183 would require all federal law enforcement agencies to pool their information on anyone ever investigated for any type of so-called terrorism. The information would then be transferred to NICs and would require the attorney general to delay the transfer of any firearm to anyone on these lists for 10 days while they apply for an emergency petition from a court to stop the transfer. If the court order is approved the person would then be arrested

SB190 would require firearms be locked up in homes where children or prohibited persons live

HB1446 would require dealers to wait 10 days before transferring a firearm if NICS does not return a determination

HB1620 would add crimes to the list that prohibit a person from owning firearms to include non-felony crimes

HB748 would require firearms to be locked up when not in use if a minor or a prohibited person lives in the home

HB8 is a universal background check bill

HB825 would allocated 50 million dollars a year through 2027 for the CDC to research gun violence

HB880 would remove the exclusion of firearms from the consumer protection act

HB882 would make more people prohibited from owning firearms

HB933 would remove short barreled rifles from the national firearms act and would preempt states from imposing additional taxes on them and would require the FBI to destroy all existing records of current short barrelled rifle owners

HB988 would protect the second amendment rights of citizens carrying on federal water resource development projects

SB281 would allocate 50 million dollars a year for the years 2022-2027 to the CDC to study gun violence

HB1004 would require liability insurance to own a gun

HB1005 would require NICS to keep firearm transfer information for at least 90 days

HB1006 would require background checks on all firearms sold at gun shows

HB1007 would make it a crime to ship 2 or more firearms if the seller knows or should know the other party is prohibited

HB1008 would require personalized guns to become the norm

HB1013 would give military and their spouses the same rights to firearms as they would have in their home state

HB1027 would allow carrying firearms on military bases

HB1132 would prevent any funds provided to ATF from being used to create a firearm owner database

HB1207 would completely eliminate online ammunition sales, requiring all sales to be face to face and all dealers selling ammunition be licensed

HB881 would require the surgeon general to submit a yearly report to congress on the effect of gun violence on public health

HB993 would prohibit any budgeted money from being used to fund ATF to "enforce, implement, or advance any measure, law, regulation, or guidance relating to the lawful use, purchase, sale, possession, or transportation of firearms by any citizen"

HR226 is a resolution to, among other things, reduce gun violence by regulating firearm manufacturers and creating a permanent 'assault weapon' ban

HB1494 would include 'intimate partners' in domestic abuse law and would make anyone convicted of misdemeanor stalking a prohibited person

HB1534 would prohibit the president from issuing executive orders to enact gun control

SB525 would update the federal firearms transportation laws to include ammunition and magazines

SB527 would prohibit anyone convicted of stalking from owning a firearm

SB529 is a federal universal background check bill

SB556 would create an advisory council for victims of gun violence

SB591 is a really sneaky bill that would require all firearm sales to wait 3 days before completion even if NICS comes back with a unique ID (meaning the sale is okay)

SB675 would set up a reporting system to alert state officials when a background check is denied, essentially asking the states to handle what ATF and the DOJ is supposed to do

SB702 would prohibit federal funds from being used by states to create firearm owner databases

SB720 would require states that receive certain federal funds to allow active military who are stationed out of state to renew their carry permits by mail

SB736 is an 'assault weapon' ban bill

SB763 would further restrict people convicted of domestic violence

SB770 would require a license to purchase a firearm

SB803 would remove short barreled rifles from the NFA and to destroy all current records of them

HB1518 would allow NICS to search the database of the National Data Exchange when conducting a background check

HB1560 would create an advisory panel to support victims of gun violence

HB1567 would allow certain retired law enforcement officers to carry firearms in schools

HB1576 would create a national gun violence research study

HB1604 would dramatically increase penalties for straw purchases

HB1642 would push investigations and prosecution of those that try to buy a gun and are a prohibited person

HB1715 would preempt states and local governments from restricting the sales of rifles and shotguns that are involved in interstate commerce

HB1752 would enact a 3 day waiting period on all handgun sales

HB1758 would remove short barreled rifles from the NFA

HB1769 would push back enforcement of prohibited persons to the states and away from ATF

HB1771 would prohibit the secretary oi veterans from transmitting certain data to NICS

HB1782 would create a waiting period for gun sales whereby the local law enforcement would be contacted while a sale is pending and would require that person's approval

HB1787 would limit the time a dealer has to wait before proceeding with a firearm sale to 3 days

HB1808 is an assault weapon ban bill

HB1858 would allow active military to renew their carry permits by mail when they are deployed outside of their home state

HR388 is a resolution declaring Joe Biden's gun policies unconstitutional

SB1101 would deregulate suppressors and prohibit states from banning ownership of them

SB1108 would outlaw all magazines that hold more than 10 rounds for all civilians and would require newly made magazines over the limit to have serial numbers. It would also create buy backs for magazines and would require them to be surrendered to the government

SB1155 is a nightmare of a bill that includes universal background checks, a limit on how many handguns can be bought at one time, create federal extreme risk protection orders, require reporting of lost and stolen firearms, requiring firearms to be locked up when children are in the home and making those convicted of misdemeanor crimes against domestic partners prohibited persons

SB974 would create a permanent database of firearm sales that could be used by other agencies

HB1827 would prohibit the federal government from financing any state firearm owner database

HB1906 ouwl make those convicted of misdemeanor crimes against 'dating partners' and those subject to a restraining order prohibited person (it's already federal law)

HB1923 would expand the definition of domestic violence and abusers to make more people prohibited

HB1952 would require all firearms sold to have 'passive identification' which basically means their are bugged, it would also require the reporting of lost or stolen firearms

HB1961 would set up procedures for manufacturers and dealers to appeal ATF determinations and would set time limits on how long they have to respond

HB2280 would make straw purchases illegal (they already are)

SB1131 would completely ban suppressors except for law enforcement

SB1237 would create 'enhanced background checks'

SB1261 would require ATF to notify custom and immigration when an illegal alien tries to buy a gun

SB1338 would repeal the Protection of Lawful Commerce in Arms Act

SB1373 would reduce the minimum age to buy a handgun to 18

SB1775 is another NICS improvement bill, something that has already been done and was never implemented because the states wouldn't get on board ... another waste of time and money

SR242 is a resolution expressing support for states to declare June 2021 as gun violence awareness month

HB2377 would create federal extreme risk protection orders

HB2426 would prohibit anyone who has had their state license to carry or purchase firearms or been order to surrender them by a court a prohibited person (it's already law)

HB2427 would increase the NFA fee from $200 to $300 and would continue to increase it every year to adjust for the cost of living ... all to fund a so-called gun violence prevention trust fund

HB2466 would create a new definition for firearms to include a 'concealable armor piercing weapon'. Basically making any handgun that can fire certain calibers of ammo to fall under NFA laws

HB2469 would remove suppressors from the NFA and would preempt state governments from making them illegal to own

HB2510 would outlaw all magazines that can hold more than 10 rounds

SB1522 is a national concealed carry reciprocity bill

SB1819 would provide federal grants to states and tribes that enact extreme risk protection order laws

SB1825 would set up consumer standards for firearm locks, safes and other storage items

SB1916 would prevent the president or secretary of health and human services from declaring a disaster in which 2nd amendment rights are limited

HB4953 would add all semiautomatic rifles that accept a detachable magazine to the national firearms act (meaning they would need a $200 tax stamp, ATF background check and a wait of a year)

HB4992 would raise the age to buy a rifle or shotgun to 21

SB2090 would make anyone convicted of a misdemeanor hate crime a prohibited person

SB2169 would broaden the terms for domestic abuser for firearm prohibitions

SB2319 would make it illegal to distribute plans for 3D printed guns

SB2320 is another way the federal government can harass gun dealers that includes more inspections more regulations and more fines / penalties
