SB151 is a terrorist watch list bill that would require the sale or transfer of any firearm to anyone that has been investigated for terrorism within the last 10 years to be reported to the government. It would also allow the delay of a sale if a person has been investigated within the last 10 years. The scary part is this bill was introduced by Republican Marc Rubio I would expect this from a Schumer NOT Rubio. That being said it STILL does not provide the legal due process for applying restrictions nor the appeal process for contesting the restrictions to an individul |

HB4153 is a ridiculous to get federal agencies, and agents to be required to keep all firearms locked up when not in use and to push for smart gun technology HB4168 would require bump fire stocks to be classified as NFA items HB4183 would cut off grants to states that fail to report domestic violence restraining orders to the NICS system HB4192 would bribe states with federal grants to enforce policies to take away firearms from those under protection orders SB2044 would expand the list of prohibited persons related to domestic abuse and domestic abuse orders SB2045 would bribe states with federal grants to enforce policies to take away firearms from those under protection orders HB4186 would expand the list of prohibited persons related to domestic abuse and domestic abuse orders HB4240 is a stupidly long, made to be as confusing as possible, bill that appears to reenact the NICS Improvement act by once again dangling money in front of states and then refusing it if they don't meet the federal governments standards HB4268 would create a 7 day waiting period before a purchase can be completed for any semi-auto firearm, armor piercing ammunition or large capacity magazine. It would also apply to suppressors which now take about a year to get ... stupid Democrat nonsense |

HB4142 is basically blackmail by the federal government over the states forcing them to make sure firearms are seized from individuals charged with certain offenses and / or subject to a protection of order. The ffederal government would withold grants funds until such a time as the states comply. SB2095 is another Diane Fienstein 'assault weapons' ban SB2094 would require the military to report instances of domestic abuse to the FBI, it would also extend grants to the states to further reporting of prohibited crimes to the FBI HB4342 would basically make any firearm dealer, manufacturer or importer a prohibited person that must transfer all firearm inventory to another dealer even if the reason for the revocation of their license wasn't because they were prohibited. (in other words their license could be revoked for improper paperwork yet they would still need to transfer all firearms to another dealer) HB4365 would require all branches of the military to reports domestic violence convictions to the FBI to be included in the NICS system HB4344 would 'bribe' states to get mental health professionals to submit information about people they deem as dangerous in direct violation of HIPPA laws HB4433 would require the department of homeland security to secure firearms when not in use, talk about a waste of taxpayer money SB2135 would require federal agencies to report crimes to the NICS system under a system that is very similar to Obama's requirement for the social security administration to report people. Agencies, not the courts would make people prohibited SB2150 is an attempt to regulate the entire 'toy firearm' market with inane requirements imposed on these manufacturers SB2161 would make selling or shipping 2 or more firearms to a person 'you should know' is prohibited a felony HB4477 would require federal agencies to report crimes to the NICS system under a system that is very similar to Obama's requirement for the social security administration to report people. Agencies, not the courts would make people prohibited |
