Stand Up Against Wolf's Attack on Your Right to Bear Arms!

Gov. Tom Wolf has issued an unprecedented state of disaster emergency declaration regarding opioid addiction. By misusing a natural disaster emergency declaration, the governor activated an automatic trigger in state law that criminalizes the open carrying of any firearm -- whether a handgun, rifle or shotgun.

The rights of law-abiding gun owners are now under attack due to this section in the Crimes Code that specifically states: "No person shall carry a firearm upon the public streets or upon any public property during an emergency proclaimed by a state or municipal governmental executive."

Further, the coordinated attacks have grown ever more intense since the Parkland Florida School shooting. Anti-gun groups and their billionaire financiers have pulled out all the stops to blame the 2nd Amendment for the heinous acts of one person who should have been stopped by government which broke down repeatedly.
