H0030 would require anyone subject to an abuse order to surrender their weapons and would provide civil immunity to law enforcement for damages to those weapons they store

H0056 would allow suppressors to be used for hunting

S0001 would repeal law that would have prevented large capacity magazines to be transported into the state for competitions

S0002 would allow the transfer of large capacity magazines to immediate family members upon the owners death

S0003 would redefine large capacity magazines as any magazine that holds more than 30 rounds

S0022 would require any transfer of firearms to wait 48 hours after the completion of a background check

S0026 would outlaw 3D printed firearms

S0169 would require a 24 hour waiting period on private firearm sales even though they have gone through a background check

H0610 would modify protection orders to add in language about removing firearms from people under such orders, it would also prohibit a gun dealer to transfer a firearm to a customer until they have received a proceed code from NICS

S0259 would ban carrying 'assault' weapons in many public places

S0258 would require a 48 hour waiting period for all handgun sales

S0268 an anti-gun dream bill that would create a 72 hour waiting period on gun sales, outlaw 'large capacity' magazines from being manufactured in the state, require firearms to be locked up when not in direct possession and create extreme risk protection orders that can be 'triggered' by family members, doctors and law enforcement

H0888 would make it illegal for companies to manufacture large capacity magazines within the state

S0329 would make it illegal to carry a firearm if your blood alcohol level is .08 or greater
