H3847 would prohibit anyone who doesn't have a firearm card or license to carry from entering any gun club or gun show and would prevent the sale of any firearm at these events that doesn't have a serial number. It would also prohibit the sale of gun parts at these events. H3846 would create a voluntary do not sell firearms list |
