SB523 would limit ammunition purchases to only the registered gun a person owns HB251 would outlaw 50 cal firearms SB295 would make it a crime to have a firearm with a blood alcohol level of .08 SB286 would require any agency issuing firearm permits to do any extra background check with the FBI terrorist screening center SB46 would set up 'voluntary buyback locations' for firearms HB534 would remove the duty to retreat from self-defense law HB84would specify that a person has no duty to retreat before using force to defend themselves SB146 would require an estate to notify police if there are firearms in the estate and then have them checked to make sure they are 'registered' and disposed of properly SB305 would limit loans of firearms to 12 hours and the person borrowing the firearm is required to have a license SB301 is an 'assault weapon' ban bill SB307 would outlaw 50 cal firearms HB785 would make it illegal to possess a firearm with a blood alcohol level of .08 or more HB710 would expand the definition of nationals of the United States in regards to issuing carry permits HB629 would repeal the restriction on stun guns for law enforcement and officers of the attorney general's office HB711 would expand self-defense laws HB355 would completely overhaul law pertaining to issuing carry permits making the state a shall issue state HB783 would require anyone handling an estate to report all firearms to the local police before settling the estate SB198 would raise the age of a 'minor' in households where firearms must be stored securely from 16 to 18 |
