AB1025 would require notification when a person tries to buy a firearm and is denied because of a restraining order or a prior felony. The person protected by the restraining order or the person the felony was committed against would be notified. Our question is why isn't that person just arrested for the illegal purchase attempt?

AB1026 would allow thosee with concealed carry licenses to carry in schools that permit it, it would also drop the penalty for someone that carries into a school that doesn't permit it
