HB1757 would cause any government, local or otherwise, that declares an area as a gun free zone to waive its sovereign immunity for any injuries sustained by person legal on that property

HB1773 is a constitutional carry bill

HB961 would define and outlaw 'assault firearms' which include fixed magazine rifle that hold more than 12 rounds, handguns than hold more than 12 rounds and detachable magazine firearms that have certain characteristic

HB1687 would create a fund to, among other things, 'investigate and make recommendations to reduce gun violence'

HB960 would impose an additional 10% tax on firearms and ammunition

SB13 would outlaw carrying firearms at Capitol Square

HB1288 would make residents convicted of various misdemeanors prohibited persons

SB490 would make anyone convicted of certain misdemeanors a prohibited person

SB15 would make it illegal to carry a firearm into any building owned or leased by the commonwealth

HB1909 would allow school boards to deem any property they own as a gun free zone

HB1992 would make anyone convicted of misdemeanor assault or battery of a family member a prohibited person

SB1430 would somehow allow the NFA process to be ignored for sales where a person has already been through the NFA process and been previously approved

SB1250 would require dealers to check the Central Criminal Records Exchange if a NUCS check does not come back and would add 'rent' to reasons to require a background check

HB2081 would prohibit firearms near polling places or anywhere the electoral board meets to certify an election

HB2295 would make it illegal to carry firearms or stun weapons on or around Capitol Square

HB2276 would outlaw plastic firearms and unfinished frames

HB2128 would make dealers wait 5 days before completing a transfer if a background check has not completed

HB2319 would require anyone who lives or travels with a prohibited person to keep all firearms and ammunition locked up and all firearms unloaded

SB1466 would specify that local firearm ordinances do not apply to anyone who holds a valid concealed carry permit

HB2276 is a ghost gun bill

HB2128 would increase the time a dealer must wait before transferring a firearm without a completed background check to 5 days

HB2295 would make it illegal to carry a firearm within Capitol Square, the surrounding area and state owned buildings

HB1909 would establish gun free zones on all property owned or operated by schools

HB2319 would require anyone that lives with a prohibited person to keep firearms and ammunition locked up

HB2081 would make it illegal to carry a firearm in or within 40 feet of a polling place

HB2197 would make any firearm made and kept within the state exempt from federal law

SB268 would make it illegal for any financial institution or government entity to discriminate against firearm manufacturers

HB2216 would make all future federal firearm laws void in the state and would require the attorney general to defend anyone charged with violations of them

HB2175 would remove the requirement to have a carry permit to carry in a motor vehicle on school property for those over 21

HB2159 would nullify unconstitutional federal firearm laws within the state

HB2017 would rewrite much of the criminal code related to firearms included legalizing the ownership of machines guns without NFA registry

HB2275 would eliminate the restriction on carrying firearms on the state capitol complex grounds

SB111 would exempt gun safes and safety devices from sales tax

SB8 would create a castle doctrine regarding self-defense law

SJR1 would create strict preemption of firearm rights from local governing bodies

HB2259 would create a cause of action for anyone injured in a gun free zone

HB2042 would exempt small arms and ammunition from sales and use taxes

SB458 would prevent any further regulation of firearms, license or firearm related businesses during a declared state of emergency

HB2736 would create a sales tax exemption on firearms and ammunition for residents

SB365 would prohibit any state or local agency or official from assisting the federal government in enforcing unconstitutional firearm laws and would allow for the prosecution of such parties

HB2537 would negate unconstitutional federal firearm laws in the state

HB2364 would allow K-12 teachers to carry firearm as designated school protection officers

SB279 would eliminate the restriction on carrying a firearm on the state capitol complex grounds

HB2739 would prohibit state and local officials from assisting the federal government in enforcing unconstitutional firearm laws

SB353 would prohibit any state or local agency or employee to assist in the enforcement of any federal firearm law that violates the 2nd amendment

HB2694 would prevent enforcement of any federal firearm law that is not a WV law

HB2499 would set up tax breaks for firearm and ammunition companies that move their businesses to the state

HB2828 would prohibit public servants from assisting in enforcing federal firearm laws

HB2919 would allow non-residents to store their firearms in the state and would prohibit disclosure of said storage

SB575 would create a tax credit for anyone that takes a firearm safety course

HB2793 would allow non-residents to get a carry permit

HB3047 would prohibit any state of local agency or official from assisting the federal government in enforcing and federal firearm law that is not law in the state

HB2946 would make the state a second amendment sanctuary state

HB3022 would allow concealed carry at colleges with a permit

HCR37 is a resolution declaring the state as a sanctuary state for the US constitution

SB650 would allow carrying forearms in certain areas of the state capitol complex proved the person has a carry license

SB624 would prohibit county airports from prohibiting firearms in public areas
