Disappointing service

A simple order placed online ended up taking much longer than expected for delivery. The first time I called I was told the item was shipping in the next day or so but never received it. I ended up emailing them with a less than flattering message the following week and this resulted in a phone call from them. Basically got a "I don't know anything about what the other person told you". I suppose the issue could have stemmed from ordering through a third party web site - but overall I wasn't impressed.
